He supports individuals throughout their transition into employment and remains actively engaged after placement, tracking progress at 30, 60, and 90 days to ensure long-term success. Damien also works directly with employers to confirm graduates are performing well and meeting expectations, helping strengthen alignment between training and real-world outcomes.
